Renovation of a 4-star hotel in the exclusive tourist area of Lanzarote: Costa Teguise. This project comprised of 143 suites and 44 single rooms, with the following installations:
Plumbing installation (hot and cold water).
Installation of sanitation (sewage).
Installation of air conditioning.
Completion time: 10 months; Started October 2014.
