Renovation – 4 star hotel
HOTEL RIU ARECAS
Renovation of the RIU hotel in Adeje, situated in the South of Tenerife. The refurbishment, which was carried out within a very limited time-scale, consisted of 450 single rooms and public areas of the hotel (restaurants – buffets, entertainment areas, toilets, etc.)
Works carried out:
Plumbing installation (hot and cold wáter).
Installation of sanitation facility (sewage and stormwater).
Installation of a network of Fire Hose Cabinets (FHC).
Installation of SPA and Wellness facilities.
Installation of new wastewater pumping station.
Completion time: 3 months. Started: July 2015.
