HOTEL RIU PALACE TENERIFE
Renovation of the flagship Riu hotel in Costa Adeje (Tenerife). The works, which were carried out in a very limited timescale, included the refurbishment of 14 suites, 351 single rooms and public areas of the hotel (restaurants – buffets, entertainment areas, toilets, etc.)
Works carried out:
Plumbing installation (hot and cold wáter).
Installation of sanitation facility (sewage and stormwater).
Installation of a network of Fire Hose Cabinets (FHC)
Installation of Spa & Wellness facilities.
Installation of new wastewater pumping station.
Completion time: 3 months Started: April 2015.
