New construction – 4 star hotel
HOTEL ROYAL PALM FUERTEVENTURA
Construction of a new 4 star hotel on the coast of Jandía (Fuerteventura), with 12 suites, 5 double rooms and 333 single romos, also spacious common areas (themed restaurants – buffets, bars, entertainment room, sports facilities, etc).
Key features of this project:
Plumbing installation (hot and cold water).
Installation of sanitiation facility (sewage and stormwater).
Installation of a network of Fire Hose Cabinets (FHC).
Installation of a Sprinkler Network (automatic sprinklers).
Installation of automatic fire alarms in industrial kitchens.
Installation of SPA facilities (saunas, steamrooms, jacuzzis etc).
Installation of swimming pools and showers.
Installation of waterfalls.
Installation of sewage pumps.
Installation of ventilation and extraction.
Completion time: 1 year and 4 months. Started May 2014.
