HOTEL SBH MÓNICA BEACH

Complete renovation of the SBH Monica Beach Hotel in Costa Calma, Jandia (Fuerteventura). The works consisted of the renovation of the following facilities in the public areas of the hotel: buffets, bars, entertainment room, toilets, etc. There are 157 single rooms and 10 rooms for disabled guests.

Works carried out:

• Plumbing installation (hot and cold water).

• Installation of sanitation facility (sewage and stormwater).

Completion time: 9 months; Started: February 2015.
